Question 1

What Does It Cost?

Accepted Answer

Simple pricing: $99/month, everything included. One plan for your whole desk, with no setup fee, no per-seat charges and no contract.

Question 2

Can I Cancel?

Accepted Answer

Anytime, from Settings → Billing. No contract. You keep your desk until the end of the month you've paid for, and you're not charged again. We don't give refunds, including for partial months.

Question 3

Can I Try It First?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Explore the demo: Lone Star Dispatch, a sample company you can look around, view only. No sign-up and no card.

Question 4

What Happens to My Data If I Leave?

Accepted Answer

Your desk turns read-only for 30 days, so you can look things up and export what you need. Then the database and every uploaded file are deleted for good.

Question 5

Do I Get My Own Database?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every desk gets its own private database, created the moment you pay. Your loads, carriers and leads never share a table with another dispatcher's.

Question 6

Does It Work for Box Trucks, Hot Shots and Semis?

Accepted Answer

All three, side by side. Equipment, trailer types, carrier packets and ETAs follow the unit: a 26 ft box with a liftgate, a gooseneck hot shot, a 53 ft reefer. ETAs plan at a 55 mph average, the speed shippers book freight at, and you can change it.

Question 7

Can My Team Join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite dispatchers, setters and closers by email, each with a role that fits the work. Every seat is included in the $99.
