Lone Star Dispatch Privacy Policy

Last updated

The short version.

You're applying to Lone Star Dispatch, an independent dispatch business. Lone Star Dispatch may call and text you about it; consent isn't a condition of service, and you can reply STOP any time. Fr8Desk only provides the software.

Contents8 sections

1.What We Collect

When you apply or book a call with Lone Star Dispatch, we collect:

  • your name, phone number, email and company name
  • your answers to the application questions (your truck, equipment, lanes and experience)
  • the call time you pick
  • basic page activity (whether the page and video were viewed), and, if this page uses it, the Meta Pixel described below

2.How We Use It

Lone Star Dispatch uses your information to review your application, call and text you about dispatch services, send your booking link and reminders, and keep a record of your consent and any opt-out. Lone Star Dispatch doesn't sell your information. Phone numbers and opt-in consent aren't shared with anyone for their own marketing.

3.Calls and Texts

When you submit an application, you agree that Lone Star Dispatch may call and text you at the number you gave about its dispatch services, including by automated means (for example a text with your booking link, or reminders before your call). Consent isn't a condition of service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Opting out doesn't cancel a call you already booked.

4.Who Else Sees It

Lone Star Dispatch stores your information in Fr8Desk, the software it runs on. Fr8Desk and its service providers (hosting, databases, email and text delivery) process it only to provide that software, as described in Fr8Desk's Privacy Policy.

5.Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This page keeps your answers in your browser until you submit, so a reload doesn't lose them. It also sets one visitor cookie (180 days) that counts your visits and ties a visit to the application you send; it doesn't follow you to other sites. If Lone Star Dispatch has turned on the Meta Pixel, Meta may set cookies here to measure Lone Star Dispatch's ads (for example, that someone applied). You can limit this in your browser and in your Meta ad settings.

6.Keeping and Deleting It

Lone Star Dispatch keeps your information while it's useful for its business. To see, correct or delete it, or to withdraw consent, reply to any message from Lone Star Dispatch, or reply STOP to a text to stop texts right away.

7.About Fr8Desk

This page and the application run on Fr8Desk, software made by Espinosa Freight Systems LLC. Fr8Desk only provides the software. It isn't a party to anything between you and Lone Star Dispatch, and it isn't a broker, carrier, dispatcher or freight forwarder. Questions about dispatch services, your information or these terms go to Lone Star Dispatch.

8.Terms

Using this page also means you agree to Lone Star Dispatch's terms.
