1.Who You're Dealing With
These terms cover Lone Star Dispatch's application page, booking page and the calls and messages that follow. Lone Star Dispatch is an independent dispatch business. By applying or booking a call, you agree to these terms and to Lone Star Dispatch's Privacy Policy.
2.Your Application
Give true and complete information. Applying or booking a call doesn't create a dispatch agreement or guarantee loads, rates or income. Any dispatch service, free trial or fee is agreed separately and in writing between you and Lone Star Dispatch.
3.Calls and Texts
When you submit an application, you agree that Lone Star Dispatch may call and text you at the number you gave about its dispatch services, including by automated means (for example a text with your booking link, or reminders before your call). Consent isn't a condition of service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Opting out doesn't cancel a call you already booked.
4.Your Own Business
You stay responsible for your own truck, authority, insurance, safety and compliance with FMCSA, DOT and state rules. Information on this page is general and isn't a promise of results.
5.About Fr8Desk
This page and the application run on Fr8Desk, software made by Espinosa Freight Systems LLC. Fr8Desk only provides the software. It isn't a party to anything between you and Lone Star Dispatch, and it isn't a broker, carrier, dispatcher or freight forwarder. Questions about dispatch services, your information or these terms go to Lone Star Dispatch.
6.Changes and Contact
Lone Star Dispatch may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. To ask a question or withdraw consent, reply to any message from Lone Star Dispatch or reply STOP to a text.
